KULIM (Malaysia) Bhd and Germany's CremerOleo Gmbh have reached agreement to set up two new plants worth RM152mil to produce biofuel and other downstream speciality chemical derivatives.
The plants, with initial capacity of 100,000 tonnes per annum, were expected to start production by as early as 2007.
