Malaysia’s three-year bonds rose after a Bank Negara report suggested capital outflows slowed this month, easing concern over investors pulling out from the market.
The country's foreign exchange reserves fell 1.4% to US$72bil in the two weeks to Dec 15, the smallest decline since Oct 14, according to data published by Bank Negara.
