SYDNEY: Australia's biggest phone company, Telstra Corp Ltd, has lost a key regulatory ruling and warned that the decision will hurt profits and cloud the planned sale of the government's US$18bil stake in the firm.
Australia's competition watchdog yesterday rejected prices that Telstra wanted to charge rivals to access its network.
