NEW YORK: America Online founder Steve Case said in a Washington Post article that Time Warner Inc should be split into several different companies.
“It's now my view that it would be best to 'undo' the merger by splitting Time Warner into several independent companies and allowing AOL to set off on its own path,” Case wrote in the Post on Sunday, echoing recent calls for a split by billionaire investor Carl Icahn.
