WELLINGTON, New Zealand: New Zealand dairy exporter Fonterra announced Thursday it has bought 43 percent of China's Shijiazhuang Sanlu Group dairy company for US$106 million (euro90 million).
Fonterra chief executive Andrew Ferrier and executives of Sanlu signed documents at a special ceremony in Beijing, the company said in a statement.
