WELLINGTON, New Zealand: New Zealand stocks rose on thin trading Tuesday as investors remained cautious after fresh signs the nation's central bank may lift its key interest rate next month.
The NZSX-50 index gained 7.7 points, or 0.2 percent, at 3,324.19, after the government released stronger-than-expected wage inflation data.
