A GROUP of Perak-based developers have joined forces to invest RM312mil in a hill resort township at Sigar Lojing in Gua Musang – a first of its kind for largely rural Kelantan.

The mixed development project slated to be in three phases over a 10-year period is designed to be the new catalyst of growth for the predominantly farming district of Gua Musang.
