AYAMAS Food Corp Sdn Bhd has introduced a new variant of prepared chicken for the Ramadan and festive seasons – the spicy Khandarr Maharaja Roaster.
The product features a halal whole chicken marinated in herbs and Indian-Muslim Kandar spices like chilli, turmeric, cloves, star anise, cinnamon and cardamom.
