Bina Puri Holdings Bhd's unit Bina Puri (Thailand) Ltd has also won contracts from the National Housing Authority in Thailand and Deva Property Public Co Ltd to build and develop the Aua-Arthon housing project in Thailand totalling 3.22 billion baht or RM325mil. 

In a statement to Bursa Malaysia, Bina Puri said the Bangpu project, Bangpu District, Samutprakan district involved four-storey flats comprising 4,384 units for 1.25 billion baht or about RM125mil, as well as three-storey flats comprising 6,908 units for 1.97 billion baht or about RM200mil at the Rama II project.
