SC rejects Silverstone sale to Lion FIB unit

THE Securities Commission (SC) has not approved Silverstone Corp Bhd's proposal to sell the entire equity of Silverstone Bhd to Quay Class, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lion Forest Industries Bhd (Lion FIB).  

Silverstone Corp told Bursa Malaysia yesterday its board was considering the SC's decision and the next course of action in relation to the proposals.
