HOUSING developer Orrington Enterprise Sdn Bhd has recorded good sales from the third phase of its resort-like Damaipuri Condominium at Chateau Garden here.

Managing director Joseph Chin said 65 from the total 130 half-completed condominium units from the third phase had been sold.

The majority of the buyers were corporate and professional working groups, he said after briefing reporters on the progress of the project.

Built on a 2.24ha of freehold land, the Damaipuri Condominium is located at the junction of Jalan Kampar and Jalan Gopeng.

The project covers three phases, of which the first and second have been completed. Buyers of the second phase are expected to receive the keys to their units soon.

Chin said construction on the third phase was expected to be completed by the end of next year.

This phase comprises 130 units with built-up areas of between 1,282 and 1,632 sq ft priced from RM268,000.

He said the development was designed with a tropical-inspired clubhouse to help people enjoy a resort-cum-holiday home of their own.

The clubhouse, one of the biggest in Ipoh, would offer facilities such as saunas, swimming and wading pool, badminton, tennis and squash courts, jogging track and others, he said.

The project, touted as Ipoh’s most luxurious condominium development, uses the semi-detached and bungalow concept whereby every unit will have its own private space.
