Opcom Holdings Bhd, spurred by encouraging financial performance in the past financial year, is setting its sights on the export market as well as banking on Telekom Malaysia Bhd’s (TM Bhd) push towards broadband services and a possible contract with Ericsson in the future.

The fibre optic cables and systems manufacturer and supplier experiences an average 15% in revenue growth each financial year, but the realisation of a supply contract with the Swedish telecommunications company and Telekom's as well as other telcos’ focus on third-generation (3G) services may mean even more revenue.
