Sime Darby Bhd
said its wholly-owned subsidiary Sime Travel Holdings Ltd (STH) has agreed to sell its entire 70% stake in Westminster Travel Ltd Group for HK$81.3mil to Randolph Investment Ltd (RIL) and Daniel So Ming Fai.
So is a director of Sime-West Holdings Sdn Bhd, which in turn owns the entire issued share capital of STH, and is also a director and a substantial shareholder of RIL.
