Jicpar: Media planners must use own judgment on readership


ADVERTISING media planners have to trust their own judgment when considering which newspaper readership data to use, according to Joint Industry Committee for Print Audience Research Malaysia (Jicpar) chairman Margaret Lim. 

Nielsen Media Research (NMR) has been supplying readership figures to the local industry for more than three decades, and this month, Synovate launched its own media-based product called Media Atlas.
