INTAN UTILITIES BHD said its 70.26%-owned subsidiary IDS Electronics Sdn Bhd has signed a technology know-how licence agreement for RM5mil and equipment purchase agreement for RM5mil with Torex Semiconductor Ltd, Japan. 

The consideration would be satisfied by an issuance of 10 million new shares in IDS at an issue price of RM1 each. 

Upon issuance of the shares, Intan’s interest in IDS would be diluted to 63.1%. – Bernama 

Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Bhd is disposing its 51% equity interest in Nottingham AI Sdn Bhd for RM100,000. 

Perisai said it acquired the interest in August 2004 for RM51,000 as part of a joint venture with Bassawa (M) Sdn Bhd for the purpose of developing new technology products and services for the oil and gas industry. – Bernama
