NEW DELHI: AXA Asia Pacific, 51%-owned by AXA, said it has signed a joint venture with Indian telecoms group Bharti that will allow it to enter the country’s insurance sector for the first time.
AXA Asia Pacific will hold a 26% interest, while the Bharti group will own the remainder, a company statement said.
