BANDAR Raya Development Bhd will launch a residential project with a gross development value of more than RM550mil in Bangsar early next year.
Bandar Raya was also waiting for approval for two other residential projects in the city, one in Taman Duta and the other in Hartamas II, group chairman Datuk Mohamed Moiz J M Ali Moiz said yesterday.
