CEO: MBSB’s house is in order

Malaysia Building Society Bhd (MBSB) is out of the woods and is now focused on expanding its deposit base and loan book. 

Chief executive officer Ahmad Farid Omar said there would not be any more large provisions for doubtful debts or property assets. All such impairments had been estimated and provided for, he said in an interview with StarBiz.
