will be pricing the KEN Damansara 3 (KD3), its last phase of its KEN Damansara condominium in SS2, Petaling Jaya from only RM162 per square foot.
This is probably half the price of condominiums in Mont’ Kiara and still cheaper than some of the new condominium projects in Subang Jaya.
