LIMBONGAN Ekovest Management Sdn Bhd (LEM) is projecting RM380mil in sales from its Danga Bay Service Residence and Resort Hotel project on completion within three years.
Chief executive officer Datuk Lim Kang Hoo said the project, comprising two blocks of service apartments and a hotel block, would be divided into three phases.
