SYDNEY: Australia will reconsider Singapore Airlines' bid to fly the lucrative Australia-US route – in the face of fierce opposition from flag-carrier Qantas – within three months, the government said yesterday.
Foreign Minister Alexander Downer told reporters after a meeting with Singapore's Minister for Transport Yeo Cheow Tong that a working group was examining the issue and should present its report in two or three months. – AFP
