Goodway Integrated Industries Bhd expects group revenue to grow 40% next year on completion of its acquisition of Big Wheel Holdings Sdn Bhd (BWH) and the takeover of the business of Everlord Sdn Bhd from Sierra Growth Sdn Bhd, chief executive officer Tai Boon Wee said.
“The acquisitions are timely as they allow Goodway to penetrate the Borneo and Sabah markets,” Tai told reporters after the company EGM in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
