Advance Modules submits prospectus


SINGAPORE: Advance Modules Group Ltd has sent in its preliminary prospectus to the Monetary Authority of Singapore in conjunction with its plans to list its shares on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd. 

The company, a Malaysian pioneer manufacturer of memory modules and flash memory products serving the global markets, said in a statement yesterday that Westcomb Capital Pte Ltd had been appointed as the lead manager and Westcomb Securities Pte Ltd the underwriter and placement agent for the initial public offering.
