MAYBAN General Assurance Bhd (Mayban Assurance) aims to boost its share in the small- and medium-scale enterprise (SME) segment for the current year ending June 30, 2006, following the introduction of new products.

Mayban Assurance, a member of Maybank Group, had early this month introduced warehouse-to-warehouse marine cargo insurance and the Mayban MAST Insurance Scheme. It is set to introduce two more products for SMEs in the current financial year, said chief executive officer Zainal Abidin Mohd Noor.
