Government ends DRB-HICOM’s rail contract

THE Transport Ministry has announced that DRB-Hicom Bhd’s contract for the construction of the Rawang-Ipoh electrified double-tracking project would be officially terminated effective yesterday. 

DRB-Hicom was appointed by the Government to handle the construction of the infrastructure part of the Rawang-Ipoh electrified double-tracking project, MOT said in a statement.
