Will ringgit regain 2.50 to USD?

MOST analysts expect the ringgit to strengthen by between 5% and 7% to about RM3.60 to the dollar over the next 12 months.  

What is the longer-term outlook? Will the ringgit eventually return to the pre-crisis level of RM2.50? That seems far-fetched at this point in time, but is it possible?
