Tex Cycle oversubscribed 8.13 times

Tex Cycle Technology (M) Bhd received a total of 3,594 applications for 41,988,200 shares for the 4.6 million shares available for public subscription, representing an over-subscription rate of 8.13 times, Malaysian Issuing House (MIH) said in a statement after the balloting of the company's shares yesterday. 

In conjunction with its proposed listing on the Mesdaq market, the industrial or scheduled waste-management company made a public issue of 45 million 10 sen shares at 22 sen each.
