LONDON (AP) - Utility and technology shares lifted European indexes to a higher close Monday, while airlines and carmakers got a boost as crude prices fell below US$59 a barrel.
London's FTSE 100 index continued to rise after Thursday's terrorist attacks, though the gains were tempered somewhat by security alerts near Parliament and in the city's financial center.
