THE Kuala Lumpur High Court yesterday dismissed with costs a declaratory relief sought by Golden Hope Plantations Bhd (GHope) for a legal interpretation of Article 61 of its Articles of Association (AoA) on the right to demand a poll at its general meetings.
GHope said in a statement that it would appeal against the decision.
