THE management philosophy at Cymao Holdings is based on its managing director and co-founder Lin Tsai Rong's firm belief in “managing on numbers rather than emotion”, said its executive director Lin Kai Min.
“Based on this belief, Cymao has set up extensive systems throughout the company to facilitate in the collection of data and a team of employees to extrapolate these data into useful management information.
“With the information, management can systematically monitor the entire operation more objectively from the whole management chain (from foreman to managing director).
“By doing this, we can identify the problem and take prompt corrective action to remedy it without stirring negative emotions in our employees,'' Lin stressed.
With this corporate philosophy, Cymao has created harmony within the company as well as raising the overall productivity of its employees.

With the incorporation of this philosophy, it has steered the company through many industrial crises with the support of the company's entire staff.
Team building, constant search to develop talents and prudent application of technology are other factors which the company attributes its success to.
Lin added that the managing director himself would ensure the team or group members could work and complement each other's talents.
“In the application of technology, we look for one which will have a positive impact on the company and its growth.
“In doing so, we will not narrow down on the industry we are in but look at other technologies which will complement our growth, going forward.”
