AIRASIA Bhd, which operates budget airlinesunder the brand AirAsia in Malaysia andThailand, and PT AWAIR in Indonesia,achieved another milestone at the recent2005 Paris Air Show that brought it a stepcloser to realising its vision of becoming the leading low-fare, no-frills airline in the Asia-Pacific region.
At the event, the company entered into twosignificant agreements which analysts saidwould take the discount carrier to a higherlevel in terms of boosting its presence in theregion and its bottom line in the next fewyears.
