PETROLIAM Nasional Bhd (Petronas) is not pulling out of the joint venture to develop the Iran Pars liquefied natural gas (LNG) project in the South Pars gas field, said president and chief executive officer Tan Sri Hassan Marican.
“We have not pulled out of South Pars. We are considering the project, evaluating its financial criteria and we continue to do so. Discussions are still ongoing,” he said.
