PERDANA ParkCity Sdn Bhd will be making more upmarket and prestigious product offerings at its 473-acre Desa ParkCity’s maiden master planned community development in the northwest of Kuala Lumpur.
Its latest launch next month will be the Zenia Parkhomes neighbourhood that will feature 73 double-storey parkhomes, 103 three-storey parkhomes and 24 garden condominiums for a total gross development value (GDV) of RM140mil.
