PROJEK Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan Bhd (PLUS) signed yesterday an agreement for the issuance of RM2.41bil nominal value zero-coupon serial Bai Bithaman Ajil Islamic securities (zero serial BBA) on a bought-deal basis to raise RM1.05bil.
PLUS said in statement that the zero serial BBA, which has been rated AAA by Rating Agency Malaysia Bhd (RAM), would be issued in four series, with tenures ranging from 11 to 14 years on the target date of June 17, 2005. – Bernama
