Toko Electronic setting up new plant in Tebedu

TOKO Electronic (S) Sdn Bhd will invest about RM50mil in a new plant to produce lower-end electronic products in the proposed 30ha Tebedu Industrial Park on the Sarawak-west Kalimantan border. 

Managing director Seiichi Umeuchi said the proposed factory would take a year to build and was expected to be in production in 2007.
