Analysts: Time dotCom will gain from merger with Jaring

ANALYSTS welcome Khazanah Nasional Bhd’s intention to merge TIME Dotcom Bhd with Jaring, as that would likely to significantly benefit Time dotCom.

On Wednesday, Khazanah managing director Datuk Azman Mokhtar said the state-owned investment arm would focus on developing a new business model for Time dotCom and that the merger with Jaring would be a good fit. Time dotCom is 45%-owned by Time Engineering Bhd, which is part of the UEM group.
