JEJU, South Korea (AP)- Pacific rim trade officials opened talks Thursday in South Korea, where they were expected to call for progress in World Trade Organization treaty negotiations and focus on liberalising market entry terms for services such as banking, telecommunications and transport.
The meeting also brings together trade officials from the U.S. and China who are expected to discuss surging Chinese textile exports.
