IJM Corp Bhd
is negotiating with the boss of Kumpulan Europlus Bhd (K Euro), Tan Sri Chan Ah Chye, to acquire a substantial stake in the construction group.
In reply to a Bursa Malaysia query yesterday, IJM said that further details would be disclosed upon finalisation of the terms and conditions of the acquisition.
