STOCKS on Bursa Malaysia ended broadly lower on selling pressure yesterday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (KLCI) registering its sharpest fall in 12 months to 870.1 points.
Dealers said that market sentiment was generally spooked by speculation of slower economic growth, threat of higher interest and inflation rates as well as the uncertainty over the ringgit peg.
