SINGAPORE: Singapore Airlines Ltd filled fewer seats and cargo space for the 10th straight month in April as its capacity expansion outpaced travel demand.
The airline filled an average 65.8% of its combined passenger and cargo capacity last month, compared with 66.3% in April last year, it said in a statement filed to the Singapore stock exchange today. It carried 4.4% more passengers and 11% more cargo in terms of million kilogrammes.
