LOCAL oil palm industry players will need more investment incentives from the Government to effectively compete with other major commodity players in the global market.
That is the view of newly appointed Malaysian Palm Oil Association (MPOA) chief executive Azizi Meor Ngah, who said that for the industry to thrive, it needed the Governments support to ensure that it continued to be a prominent global player.
