LONDON Biscuits Bhd has acquired a 77% stake in Kinos Food Industries (M) Sdn Bhd for RM12.32mil last month in a move to increase production and expand into new markets.
London Biscuits produces and markets snacks, biscuits and cake products under several brands, including LonBisco, London, Gega and Caca while Kinos is involved in ready-to-eat products such as snacks, cakes, biscuits, jelly puddings, wafer sticks and noodle snacks.
