KUALA LUMPUR: After a lull of five years, Boeing is poised to overtake rival Airbus in terms of orders for the first time since 2000, thanks to overwhelming market response to its new 787 Dreamliner.
And Mike Bair, vice president and general manager of the US aircraft manufacturer's 787 programme, believes that Airbus is finding it difficult to come up with a jet to match the Dreamliner.
