TALAM Corp Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Expand Factor Sdn Bhd, has bought a 90% stake in Star Base Sdn Bhd, which owns 35 hectares of land in Ulu Klang near Ukay Heights, Kuala Lumpur.
Talam told Bursa Malaysia that Expand Factor subscribed for 900,000 RM1 shares representing 90% equity interest in Star Base for RM900,000 yesterday.
