Mexter Technology Bhd'S public issue shares have been oversubscribed by 112.47 times. 

MIDF Consultancy and Corporate Services Sdn Bhd said in a statement that a total of 20,929 applications for 340.4 million shares with a value of RM136.16 million were received for the three million shares made available for public subscription. 

It added that the 25.217 million shares made available for private placement have been fully placed out by the placement agent. – Bernama 

UNIFIED COMMUNICATION HOLDINGS LTD said its wholly owned subsidiary Unified Communications Sdn Bhd has received the Certificate of Approval for Establishment of Enterprise with Foreign Investment in China dated March 23, for the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary, Unified Communications (ShenZhen) Private Ltd (UCSPL) in Shenzhen, China, with a registered capital of US$500,000. 

UCSPL will complement the group's Hong Kong's sales office as a base to further expand its business in China. – Bernama 

PANTAI HOLDINGS BHD (PHB) has incorporated Pantai Medivest Lanka (Private) Ltd (PML). 

The shares of PML are equally held by Pantai Medivest Sdn Bhd and Pantai Group Resources Sdn Bhd, both wholly owned subsidiaries of PHB. PML has not started business yet but is intended to provide professional services in the field of clinical waste management and incineration services, facilities and biomedical engineering services, linen & laundry services, hygiene services and hospital planning, design & construction services for government and private hospitals and other establishments in Sri Lanka. – Bernama
