Green Packet Bhd
, en route to a listing on the Mesdaq market of Bursa Malaysia, has signed an underwriting agreement with OSK Securities Bhd and AmMerchant Bank Bhd.
In a statement yesterday, the company said OSK Securities would be its adviser, placement agent, and managing underwriter while AmMerchant Bhd would be its co-underwriter.
