Likas project to cost Rimdaya RM800mil

SANDAKAN-BASED Rimdaya Sdn Bhd is planning to invest RM800mil in a major property development in Likas, Sabah.  

Managing director Lee Kee Kong said the company had submitted plans for the project and expected to obtain the authorities' approval soon.  

The development would include a hotel, financial centre, office block and shopping centre on a 50-acre.  

“The project will also include a shopping complex,” he said.
