THE Japanese Bank of International Cooperation (JBIC) and the Malaysia Government are expected to sign a loan agreement soon to fund the construction of the RM3.8bil Pahang-Selangor water transfer project.
Industry sources said the agreement would likely be signed after the Government, represented by the Economic Planning Unit (EPU), had reviewed the revised terms and conditions of the loan.
