BUCKING the current industry trend of hiring only experienced professionals, IBM Malaysia took in 40 young high achievers recently under its TeamBlue programme. Stretched over a 10-week period, the programme is designed to help the new hires integrate into IBM, its organisational culture, and work dynamics.
The programme is IBMs long-term strategy on human resources planning and development, said director of human resources, Suhaimi Sulong. Through this programme, we strive to hone the skills of fresh graduates and develop them into experts in their fields.
