SYDNEY, Australia (AP) - Australia's trade minister on Wednesday hailed a World Trade Organization ruling allowing his country to use regional food names like Port Lincoln tuna to market its products in Europe.
A WTO panel released a report Tuesday saying the European Union must address complaints by Australia and the United States that it had breached the rules of global commerce by not allowing them to use "geographical indications'' for their products sold in Europe.
